FAQ

  • I’m a California-licensed therapist offering secure online therapy for adults statewide. My practice is based in Westlake Village, though all sessions take place virtually. Whether you’re in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, the Bay Area, Ventura County, or Santa Barbara, therapy is available from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

My work provides depth-oriented, trauma-informed care for adults seeking meaningful healing across California.

  • My fee is $200 for 50-minute sessions, and $300, or time and a half, for 90-minute sessions. I accept payment by credit card via my online client portal.

Don't let my rate discourage you from contacting me! I've found that more often than not I'm able to come up with an acceptable arrangement with most people.

Even when this isn’t the case, I've been able to refer folks to therapists who may be able to accommodate your financial situation.

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, if you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage, I can offer a receipt of services, called a super bill, for you to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement if applicable. If this is something you may be interested in, please call your insurance in advance to confirm that super bills can be accepted as it is different per plan.

My private pay model allows me to focus fully on your needs and provide you with my undivided attention and expertise, without the limitations of insurance. I strongly believe in the value of investing in your mental health, and my commitment to providing the highest quality of care is reflected in my full fee. You can trust that you'll receive the best possible therapeutic experience with me.

  • I work with adults who are ready for deeper, story-oriented healing. Many of my clients are thoughtful and capable people who’ve spent years holding it all together, often for everyone else, yet find themselves carrying pain that insight alone can’t resolve.

My practice is especially supportive for those navigating the impact of religious trauma, spiritual abuse, high-control systems, relational wounds, or developmental trauma that has shaped how they see themselves and others.

I offer therapy for adults across California who are seeking a more intentional, depth-oriented space to explore their story, reconnect to their body, and cultivate lasting change.

  • During your free 20-minute secure Zoom video consultation or phone call, I will invite you to share more about yourself with me and the hopes you have for therapy. During this call, you will also have an opportunity to ask me questions about who I am as a therapist and what I offer so that you can get a better sense of whether I am the right therapist for you.

  • Following your consultation session, I will send you paperwork to fill out through my client portal. This will include basic information about you, current stressors, practices regarding your privacy, and informed consent. We will be able to discuss any questions you may have about the paperwork during your first session, as well as what you’ve been experiencing so that I will know how best to support you.

Therapy is a collaborative process that includes exploring your hopes and goals for our time together. During a 50-minute or 90-minute session, we may discuss your history, your relationships with others, or how you experience yourself and the world around you. We will discuss and practice tools that you can utilize outside of session. This is YOUR time and space. We get to show up and meet you where you are at each session, no matter how the last session looked.

  • For most clients, I recommend weekly therapy appointments for the first three months. At the least, I recommend every other week appointments. I do not see clients less than two times a month, unless we have made that determination together following consistent treatment.

I see clients Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST. Appointment times include 9am, 11am, 1pm, 2:30pm, and 4pm PST.

  • All therapy sessions are held via a HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform, which I maintain to ensure confidentiality and provide a streamlined, secure client experience. I’m not able to offer sessions over FaceTime or other platforms.
